The rooftop of Hyde Melbourne Place will be transformed with warm tones, long tables, generous spaces for relaxed communal dining and an allnew Mediterraneaninspired food and beverage menu. Key Responsibilities Provide professional, welcoming, and attentive service to every guest. Take accurate food and beverage orders, share menu knowledge, and ensure prompt, polished delivery. Set up, maintain, and clear tables and service areas efficiently while following Cleos service standards. Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and management teams to ensure seamless, enjoyable service for all guests. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation, ensuring every guest enjoys a safe and comfortable dining experience. Qualifications Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences. Genuinely love hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences. Bring positivity, personality and energy to each shift. Have strong communication skills and a professional approach. Flexible with availability including weekends, evenings and public holidays.
