About the Role As a Wellbeing/Lifestyle Assistant, youll play a key role in delivering engaging, purposeful, and varied lifestyle programs that positively impact our residents physiological, physical, and emotional wellbeing. Youll be part of a supportive and fun team dedicated to creating joy and enhancing the lives of our residents. About You Has experience delivering lifestyle programs (prior experience as a Wellbeing/Lifestyle Assistant in aged care is highly desirable). Holds a Certificate IV or Diploma in Lifestyle and Leisure (or equivalent) or Cert III/IV in Individual Support (Ageing) with significant lifestyle experience.
