ABOUT THE ROLE Inspire the next generation of civil operators with handson training at a premier facility, guiding learners to success in a dynamic, rewarding role. As a Trainer Civil Operations, youll deliver highquality training and assessments in civil construction, including C6 Crane and Dogging, along with plant operation programs, aligned with AQF and WorkSafe Victoria standards. Based at the Logic Centre in Barnawartha, youll work with both corporate clients and public students, ensuring engaging, outcomefocused learning. The role also involves administrative support, program coordination, and collaboration with trainees and team members. Occasional travel to other Institute sites may be required. Selected Duties: Deliver civil operations training including C6 Crane and Dogging and conduct assessments to industry standards. Design and maintain uptodate training materials and resources. Accurately complete training records in line with compliance requirements. Ensure adherence to safety, regulatory, and organisational policies. Contribute to continuous improvement and support learner success. ABOUT YOU Skills & Experience Your values align to ours - Integrity + Respect, Community + Collaboration and Creativity + Innovation. C6 Slewing Mobile Crane Ticket. License to Perform Dogging. Substantial experience in the Civil industry. Must be able to undertake a preemployment medical.
