About the Role Deliver outstanding cocktail, wine, and beverage service in a fast-paced environment. Engage with customers to provide a welcoming and knowledgeable experience. Ensure consistency and quality in cocktail preparation and presentation. Manage stock levels, prepare garnishes, and maintain bar cleanliness. Work effectively as part of a collaborative and energetic team. Uphold RSA requirements and ensure responsible service of alcohol. About You Has previous bartending experience, particularly in a cocktail-focused venue. Brings a positive, can-do attitude and thrives in dynamic environments. Has strong product knowledge in spirits, wine, and cocktails. Holds a valid RSA certificate Is available to work nights, weekends, and public holidays.
