Maintenance Attendant: Ocean Beach Resort Ready to trade your toolbox for a tropical paradise? This is a Casual opportunity with Maintenance and Handywork being the major focus. Flexibility will be required to assist with Grounds duties including turf management as needed. Enjoy the breeze while you keep our facilities and Pools in tiptop shape. No two days the same: From dosing to basic facility maintenance, youll be the goto for all things green and gleaming. Be the behindthescenes hero: Your efforts make every guests stay pictureperfectone freshly painted villa and sparkling pool at a time. Join a fun, supportive crew: We work hard, laugh harder, and celebrate a job well done. What Youll Do Dive into pool carecleaning, dosing, water balancing, and basic repairs. Maintain and clean public areas, ensuring everythings guest ready. Pitch in on gardening projects, basic mechanical repairs, and a splash of painting. Lend a hand with minor repairs across cabins, campsites, amenities, and facilities. Deliver friendly, incidental customer service, because a helping hand goes a long way! Ensure our equipment is serviced and safe to use. What Youll Bring Experience in basic maintenance work (trade qualification ideal, but not essential; e.g., carpentry, mechanics, electrical). Knowledge of safe working procedures and basic hygiene requirements. Ability to work unsupervised and a handson, cando attitude. Skills with rideon and push mowers, pruning, hedging, landscaping, and weed control. Hardworking, energetic, and enthusiastic, with a good level of fitness (its a physically demanding role!).
