Position Summary We are looking for energetic and reliable Casual Production Operators to join our fastpaced team in Carrara. This is an oncall casual position with multiple shift options. Shift and Pay Rates Night Shift (2 positions) $32.40/hr + 30% Night Loading Early Morning Shift (2 positions) $32.40/hr + 12.5% Early Loading Day Shift (2 positions) $32.40/hr Weekend Rates Saturday $48.60/hr | Sunday $64.80/hr Responsibilities Operate and monitor machinery to ensure smooth operation. Inspect products for quality and consistency. Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals. Record production data and report any issues. Qualifications & Traits Experience in FMCG or manufacturing (preferred). Strong attention to detail and safety mindset. Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet production targets.
