You will be responsible for the delivery of care and services to residents in all areas of activities of daily living in accordance with the residents identified needs and preferences. You will report to the Registered Nurse in Charge of the Home and be a key member of the team. Some of the key responsibilities of the role are: Supporting residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing and hygiene Supporting and assisting residents with food and fluids as required Assisting the nursing staff with treatments as directed Assisting the nursing staff by observing and reporting promptly any changes in the condition or wellbeing of residents. Assisting Residents with recreational activities with direction from the Lifestyle Team About You You are an individual with a caring nature who gets satisfaction in making a positive difference in the lives of our residents everyday.
