With our new contract in the Central Coast region, were building a bigger, stronger team to support the young people aged 1118 in Out of Home Care. These are permanent parttime roles on a 24/7 rotating roster (including sleepovers and awake shifts), with rosters provided two weeks in advance. What Were Looking For: Certificate III, IV or Diploma in Community Services or Youth Work (or willingness to enroll). Experience supporting young people with trauma, disabilities, or complex needs. Understanding of traumainformed care and therapeutic approaches. Strong boundaries, resilience, and a heart for service. NSW Drivers Licence and own car is a must for this role. Why CatholicCare?
