About the Role Moonlight Cinema Brisbane is seeking a passionate Kitchen Crew member to join our team at RomaStreetParklands. This handson role is integral to preparing, cooking, and delivering highquality food to our guests, supporting smooth kitchen operations across the event season. Youll thrive in a fastpaced, teamfocused environment and contribute to creating memorable guest experiences. You must be available to work nights (including weekends) and be available from early December to midFebruary2026. Key Responsibilities Prepare, cook, and assemble food items according to recipes and portion controls. Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and foodsafety standards. Restock and rotate stock, and assist with prep stations during service. Support smooth service flow with frontofhouse and kitchen teams. Monitor kitchen equipment and report hazards or issues promptly. Skills & Experience Minimum of 1year kitchen experience, preferably in highvolume or event settings. Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and workplace health & safety. Trade qualification and Food Safety Supervisor Certification (preferred). Team player with strong organisation and attention to detail. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fastpaced environment. Experience in hospitality, events, or cinema industry. Valid RSA and Australian work rights (essential).
