The overall purpose of the role is to deliver exceptional and memorable service to our guests. You would be working in an enthusiastic team environment, ensuring all aspects of our guest experience exceeds expectations. Meeting and greeting with a welcoming smile and building rapport with our amazing members while delivering efficient and friendly service throughout the business.
