Core Values We Care We nurture our people, animals, environment, workplace, and community We Are One Team We work together towards a common goal in a respectful and effective manner We Aim for Excellence We strive to improve continuously We Find a Way We work together to find solutions to every challenge We Do the Right Thing We make decisions and choose behaviours knowing what is right and what is wrong Daily Duties Conduct regular preventive maintenance inspections to identify wear and tear Attend to breakdowns and assist with general repairs Inspect and assess farm facilities, equipment, and infrastructure to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements Carry out prestart checks on farm equipment Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment servicing Perform minor repairs, adjustments, and replacements on farm machinery, feeding systems, ventilation equipment, and other tools to minimise disruptions Monitor and maintain strict adherence to animal welfare standards and biosecurity protocols What Youll Bring Previous experience in a maintenance role (highly advantageous) Strong organisational and problemsolving skills, with a keen eye for detail Proficiency in recordkeeping and data analysis to support farm management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with staff, suppliers, and stakeholders Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team What We Offer A supportive and collaborative work environment.
