An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and enthusiastic Maintenance Officer on afull-time basis at Aegis Shorehaven. Our impressive Shorehaven Facility is situated in the vibrant, beach side community of Shorehaven, Alkimos. This Facility offers an innovative coastal design with state-of-the-art equipment to make your life and the life of our residents easier. This place is developed with an innovative, modern design providing a resort lifestyle in a state-of-the-art, safe and comfortable environment, Aegis Shorelines residents will receive quality care and enjoy a host of well-appointed amenities. As an important part of the Aegis team, you will: Provide maintenance of buildings and equipment under the direction of the Unit and Facility Managers. Monitor effectiveness of completed work and report issues to the Facility Managers. Monitor and maintain required levels of stores and supplies. Be able to communicate to all levels of employees, and customers. Be able to work effectively and efficiently within a team environment and autonomously. Have knowledge of general maintenance procedures and repairs. Hold a Test & Tag Certificate desirable, however not essential. Working at Heights Ticket and a previous background within a trade will be highly desirable, however not essential.
