About the role: This is a Permanent part-time opportunity across Monday to Friday. As our new Childcare Educator, youll play a vital role in building strong, respectful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the community. You''ll create meaningful learning experiences and help shape a safe, nurturing environment that supports each child''s individuality. At Journey, we believe in growing together. Key Responsibilities: Ensure a high level of health & safety standards are maintained at all times Facilitate learning experiences for your allocated group of children Assisting in the observation and evaluation of children''s individual strengths, interests, and preferences Design and implement activities to be included in children''s developmental program. Be part of a collaborative teaching and interactive learning environment About you: You are a creative, committed, and inspired Early Childhood Educator who thrives in a team environment.
