Walshs Practice is looking for a Front of House Receptionist who will also play a key role in providing marketing support to enhance our client experience. In this dynamic position, youll be the first point of contact for our clients, help with administrative tasks, and contribute to our marketing efforts to maintain and grow the Walshs brand.What you will doAnswer inbound calls, manage emails, greet clients, and ensure their experience is welcoming and seamless. Organize coffee, refreshments, and meeting spaces.Coordinate meeting bookings, send reminders, and assist with preparing client materials for meetings.Handle mail (collecting, scanning, posting), keep the kitchen stocked and tidy, and assist with office supplies.Assist with administrative tasks across the team, support firm referrals, and manage client expectations.Help execute marketing initiatives, including content preparation, social media updates, event coordination, and keeping marketing materials up to date.Be flexible and assist with any tasks to ensure smooth office operations and enhance the client experience.What you needSecondary education is requiredPrevious reception or client-facing experience is a bonus, but not mandatory.Proficiency in technology and intermediate computer skills.
