Workplace Safety We maintain a drug & alcoholfree workplace; employees may be subject to random drug & alcohol testing. This is a condition of employment. Positions & Eligibility Ships Master at least 5 years relevant experience; required licenses/registrations. Ships Engineer (Fishing) at least 5 years relevant experience; required licenses/registrations. Master Fisher at least 5 years relevant experience; required licenses/registrations. Ships Officer at least 5 years relevant experience; required licenses/registrations. Fishing and Deckhands no less than 1 year Australian work experience, preferably in crab handling, evidence of seatime or log book, reference letters acceptable. Work Conditions Employees may be away from home for several days or weeks, with a short turnaround before returning to sea. Remuneration Ships Master $120,000+ (subject to negotiation) Ships Engineer (Fishing) $72,000 $82,000 Master Fisher $75,000 $82,000 Ships Officer $72,000 $82,000 Deck and Fishing Hands $68,800 $78,000+ All positions include governmentregulated superannuation guarantee.
