About the role As a weekend Barista, youll: Prepare coffee and other barista-style beverages to order, ensuring quality and consistency. Serve residents, visitors, and staff with a friendly, and respectful approach. Maintain a clean and organised caf. Support high standards of hygiene and food safety at all times. Help create a welcoming and enjoyable caf experience for everyone. Key Duties Make coffee and tea to order, including espresso-based drinks, and ensure quality presentation. Take customer orders, serve food and beverages, and provide excellent customer service. Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and caf surfaces. Monitor stock levels and notify supervisors of low supplies. Follow all food safety and hygiene guidelines. Report any issues or concerns to the supervisor on duty.
