The Position Handson role for an organised and experienced Head Chef, leading a team to deliver exceptional daily meals and events Oversee catering operations and stock controls, ensuring OH&S and HACCP compliance with a strong focus on minimising waste Manage food forecasting, ordering, and stock control processes Champion food safety and quality, with close attention to allergens and dietary requirements The Person Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (minimum) Minimum 3 years experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role within highvolume or structured environments Confident leader with proven experience in training, developing, and engaging teams Expert knowledge of HACCP, allergen protocols, and food safety practices Highly organised, proactive, and able to remain calm under pressure Benefits Competitive remuneration Personal and site reward & recognition programs, including cash prizes Access to a wide range of training and ongoing support from a team that sets you up for success Genuine career progression opportunities Compass is committed to developing its people Onsite parking, uniforms supplied, and meals provided while on duty Candidates will be required to undertake an Australian national police check.
