Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house and back-of-house operations at BBQ-K Brimbank. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, smooth daily operations, and maintaining a high standard of food quality and hygiene. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant operations including FOH and BOH teams. Train, supervise, and motivate staff to deliver high-quality service. Manage staff rosters, attendance, and performance. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and RSA regulations. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers. Work closely with the kitchen to ensure smooth service flow. Manage opening and closing procedures, including cash handling. Assist with marketing and promotional activities. Report directly to the owner regarding operational performance and improvements. Requirements Minimum 4 years of experience in a restaurant or hospitality management role. Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities. Understanding of Australian hospitality standards, including Food Safety and RSA compliance. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays. Proficiency in English (Korean language is a plus). Flexible hours available. 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role. Expected salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per year.
