Were entering a bold new chapter with the recent acquisition of FoxCreekWines, Maxwell Wines is expanding our footprint and gearing up for innovation across two iconic McLarenVale brands. Were looking for an experienced Winemaker (12month maximum term contract maternity leave cover) based in McLarenVale, SA. Responsibilities Lead cellar & production operations and deliver wines of exceptional quality. Manage the fruit from estate vineyard through to final blends working closely with our Vineyard Manager. Supervise and mentor a small dedicated team of 4, shaping both technical and cultural outcomes. Be part of a familyowned winery with a professional edge where ideas and people thrive. Qualifications A tertiary qualification in Oenology (or related field). Proven experience in premium wine production + leadership. Strong technical ability, excellent communication & organisational skills. A commitment to sustainability, safety and continuous improvement.
