Whats on Offer $42.71 per hour + super + a yearly bonus Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm Place of work: Sienna Grange aged care facility (this is not a hybrid position) Extra leave just for you - Wellbeing days, cultural exchange leave, community leave etc Parental leave Up to 14 weeks paid, equally for all parents Employee perks Discounts on health, insurance, travel, Fitness Passport and more Role Responsibilities Managing and evolving the master roster in consultation with operational teams Allocating staff shifts and managing planned/unplanned leave Processing timesheets and supporting payroll accuracy Creating and analysing reports to support operational performance Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and induction of new staff Supporting compliance tracking and administrative functions Maintaining data accuracy and improving rostering systems Providing friendly and professional service to all internal/external customers About You Above all, you will align to our Values of Bold, Warm, and Honest. You will demonstrate empathy and the ability to provide excellent care and support to your colleagues and our residents.
