Role Requirements Proven experience in a similar leadership role Experience working in a highvolume kitchen Experience working in a multioutlet hotel/resort (highly regarded) Certificate III or IV Commercial Cookery Diploma Hospitality Management (highly regarded) HACCP and Food Safety and Hygiene training The right to live and work in Australia About Us K''gari is a World Heritage listed island off Australias Eastern Queensland coast, the worlds largest sand island, stretching over 120km.
