Collaboratively developing and implementing inclusive education practices, curriculum programs and appropriate pedagogy; evaluating effectiveness; assessing and reporting student progress and learning outcomes to students, parents and community. Implementing effective, adaptive, inclusive and equitable practices and teaching strategies. Overseeing the development of Personalised Support Plans that meet NCCD timelines. Proactively engaging in professional renewal practices to enhance student outcomes. Working collaboratively with the leadership team, teachers and other staff to contribute to the professional life of the school. Providing effective supervision of students. Establishing positive relationships in pastoral care, supporting spiritual and moral development. Encouraging school and student involvement in the life of the church. Engaging the wider community in learning and teaching programmes. Supporting the school in special events and celebrations. About you Knowledge of educational policies, practices and strategies that support students with disabilities. Curriculum development and adaptation tailored to diverse student needs, aligned with curriculum standards. Understanding of the NCCD and the process of developing detailed learning profiles. Effective classroom management skills. Ability to engage with the wider community and build collaborative partnerships. Demonstrated experience working in a Support Teacher: Inclusive Education role.
