We manage the CRN Country Regional Network, ensuring safe transportation of people and goods across NSW. Job Purpose Coordinating the Property agreements within your allocated region. Property Management, Leasing / Licensing of CRN assets, and tenant management. Key Responsibilities Work within a small team of property coordinators. Reviewing and creating briefing notes in accordance with procedures and updating records. Ensuring lease and legal agreements are current and up to date. Managing TfNSW landlord responsibilities as required; site visits, condition reports, tenancy negotiations (rent reviews, obligations and risks). Managing Master Deed for Access agreements and requirements. Maximise tenant satisfaction. Establishing and maintaining strong work relationships with all key client, internal and external stakeholders. Provide input and assist in updating and training property documented procedures. Provide support for all internal and external reporting as required, including adhoc requests. Coordinate, report asset issues with UGLRL facilities maintenance team as required. Ensure that all property management activities are carried out in accordance with quality, environmental, and safety management plans. Access, utilise and maintain existing systems and databases to provide analysis and develop, maintain and produce a range of reports to support management of property matters. Qualifications Certificate / Diploma in Property Management / Building Sciences / Project Management. 2 years experience in a Real Estate or Contract Administration process environment. Ability to utilise Microsoft Office Suite (including Visio, Excel and MS Project) and record management systems to produce reports and record information to required standards.
