About the OpportunityOperating from within the Utilities Department, this role assists the Utilities Senior Network Operator to provide a range of services that support safe water, wastewater, and gas services across the Western Downs.This includes meeting statutory performance, safety, and environmental requirements and ensuring high customer service standards. The role requires knowledge to monitor, operate, and maintain water, wastewater, and gas network operations, primarily related to earthmoving plant operation.ResponsibilitiesAssist the Utilities Senior Network Operator in delivering services for safe water, wastewater, and gas across the region, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, performance, safety, environmental, and customer service standards.
