About The Role The Digital and Information Services branch delivers agile and transformative technology, enabling Council to lead in innovative and sustainable services. Liaise with software vendors to coordinate upgrades and issue resolution Conduct web analytics and reporting to improve site performance Apply governance frameworks to ensure quality and accessibility of web content Support content lifecycle management across Council websites Deliver training and lead knowledgesharing sessions Provide support for cloudbased systems and digital assets Assist with Google Analytics and the Councils Digital Dashboard Contribute to safety initiatives and strategic planning projects About You Hold relevant tertiary qualifications or have equivalent experience Understand webbased technologies and platforms Demonstrate experience in systems analysis, project coordination, and vendor management Possess strong communication and customer service skills Be organised, proactive, and collaborative Our Culture & Employee Benefits Council is committed to creating an inclusive, culturally diverse, healthy, skilled and dedicated workplace culture.
