Opportunity CSI Mining Services is on the hunt for a seasoned Warehouse Supervisor to join our cohesive and skilled team. With your experience, youll be contributing to the success of the Onslow Iron project. In this crucial role, youll find yourself surrounded by a supportive team. Your Responsibilities Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety standards and company policies. Foster the growth and development of warehouse staff through training and mentoring, ensuring a skilled and motivated team capable of meeting operational goals. Adhere to all MinRes policies, procedures, and standardspromoting a positive culture related to these areas and ensuring a high level of compliance. Ensure safety of the team and others within the supply area is of the highest priority. This includes risk awareness, hazard identification, implementing control measures and completing taketimes, JHAs, SWIs, CCIs, stopwork or toolbox meetings. Develop and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, suppliers and transport companies through good communication channels. Produce reports and statistics regularly to monitor and action specific supplychainbased performance measurement systems, including service logs, training registers and safety records. Create requisitions for required parts, working within budgetary constraints. What is required? Certificate/Diploma in Warehousing & Logistics (Desirable). LF Forklift Ticket. C Class Drivers Licence (HR an advantage). Intermediate experience in a supply leadership or similar position. Experience using MS Office suite with a good understanding of Excel spreadsheets and analysis. Schedule 26.
