Operations Manager | Commercial Plumbing, Gas & Filtration | Collie, WA KEIP is a respected 100% owned and operated Aboriginal commercial plumbing, gas, and filtration company based in Collie, Western Australia. We service the South West, Peel, Great Southern, and Wheatbelt regions, delivering high-quality solutions across government, mining, and agriculture sectors. With a dedicated team of 6 plumbers, 1 apprentice, and 2 admin staff, weve built a strong reputation for safety, reliability, and excellence. Our business currently turns over $2M+ annually, and were now seeking an experienced operations leader to help us scale to $10M and beyond. The Opportunity Were looking for a strategic and handson Operations Manager to join our leadership team. In this pivotal role, youll drive operational efficiency, strengthen systems, and lead a growing team as we expand our reach across regional WAs key industries. Youll work closely with our Director to refine business processes, improve performance, and position KEIP for longterm growth. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage our field and office teams to ensure smooth operations Oversee budgets, financial performance, and project delivery Implement and optimise systems such as Simpro, Xero, Excel, and SafetyCulture Ensure safety, compliance, and quality standards across all projects Support growth in the government, mining, and agricultural sectors Collaborate with management to execute our strategic business plan About You Youre an organised and forwardthinking leader with proven experience in operations or general management within a trade, construction, or servicebased business. You thrive on building structure, empowering people, and delivering measurable results.
