Youll lead on-site civil crews and support the delivery of key electrical infrastructure projects across major roads, rail, airports, commercial and urban developments. Your role will include: Overseeing daily site operations and crew coordination Delivering civil works across electrical infrastructure projects Ensuring safety, quality, and environmental standards are met About You Youre a handson leader with a strong work ethic and the ability to motivate teams in dynamic environments. Youll bring: Excavator license and posi track ticket with 12+ months experience At least 5 years experience in a Leading Hand or Supervisory role Experience working around live services and to TMR standards MR Licence (desirable, not essential) Flexibility to work day/night shifts and jump on or off the tools as needed Strong communication, planning and interpersonal skills A teamfirst attitude with a focus on safety and performance Energex accreditations highly regarded Were actively reviewing applications and may move quickly with the right candidate, so dont wait wed love to hear from you soon. #J-18808-Ljbffr
