An exciting opportunity exists for a permanent full time Plant Operator to join our Infrastructure Services Directorate in Dysart. Reporting to the Team Leader - Infrastructure this position provides assistance with coordination, integration and delivery of services and the construction, maintenance and operational delivery of vehicles, plant and equipment across Isaac Regional Council. ABOUT YOU Minimum 12 months experience in similar role Knowledge and experience in basic mechanics and general maintenance Plant tickets relevant to the job i.e. loader, roller, excavator (other plant tickets are desirable) Ability and willingness to undertake labouring duties when required C Class drivers licence (or higher is desirable) Construction White card BENEFITS Salary $67,578.63 - $71,319.68 per annum + allowances (Stream B, Level 4-6) Nominally 38 hours per week (3 x 10hour days and 1 x 8hour day, Monday - Thursday) 5 weeks annual leave @ 17.5% loading Up to 14.5% super in accordance with IRCs Certified Agreement RDOs in accordance with IRCs Certified Agreement Exclusive access for you and your immediate family to our Employee Assistance Program, facilitated through Gryphon Psychology Discounted private health insurance through Bupa Health Job security and job satisfaction!
