Working on a 7/7 roster (Thursday to Wednesday), youll enjoy the best of both worlds time to do the things you love most, while still being home every night.Reporting to the Service Supervisor, youll be the crucial link between customers, technicians, and departments Coordinating and prioritising workflows, managing scheduling of technicians, directing technical queries, and ensuring work orders are delivered on time, to standard, and with excellence.Were looking for someone who brings precision, pace, and people skills. Ready to be part of it?ABOUT THE ROLEWhat a day typical day will look like:Scheduling work in progress to meet deadlinesLiaising with customers throughout their project(s)Providing clear, accurate and timely information for machine and equipment repairs utilising cat interact and power pointQuotations following inspection work.Managing Work in Progress to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budgetEffectively liaising with other departments to deliver effective solutionsABOUT YOUYou will draw on your deep knowledge built from a mechanical background, sharpened through handson experience in planning, scheduling, and data management. You take pride in delivering exceptional customer service, and your unmatched organisational skills ensure nothing is missed.
