About the Role Were looking for a Coordinator Garinga Djimbayang (Horticulture) to play a key role in delivering a culturally grounded horticulture training program that connects learning with Country, community, and culture. In this role, youll coordinate the daytoday operations of the Certificate II in Horticulture pilot programs across multiple locations, supporting students, staff, and community partners to ensure a highquality and meaningful training experience. Youll oversee student data and progress, assist with timetabling and educator work plans, and help maintain compliance with ASQA standards. Youll also work closely with First Nations learners, Elders, and organisations to deliver handson, landbased training. You will oversee curriculum development, staff coordination, and stakeholder engagement, and conduct regular visits to each pilot site, helping to shape a program that strengthens skills, culture, and connection to place. About You Youre an organised and collaborative professional who enjoys working with people and building strong connections across teams and communities. You bring experience in coordinating projects or programs and have the confidence to manage multiple priorities while supporting others to deliver their best work.
