This role keeps the creative studio running smoothly ensuring projects flow efficiently from briefing through to delivery, deadlines are met and the team stays on track. If youre fast, organised, curious, and genuinely enjoy helping others, youll love this opportunity! 12 month FTC (with potential to go permanent) - Upper North Shore location - Hybrid Salary $60k + Super Key Responsibilities Coordinate the day-to-day flow of creative projects across design, copy, and production teams.Schedule, track and update timelines to ensure work is delivered on time.Support project setup - uploading briefs, gathering assets, and ensuring all details are complete.Maintain workflow systems (e.g. Monday.com, Asana, Trello) and keep project status up to date.Allocate resources and flag any workload or timing conflicts early.Communicate clearly between internal stakeholders and creative teams.Assist with meeting coordination, reviews and approvals.Provide general administrative support to keep the studio running efficiently. About You Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to juggle multiple projects at once.Fast and accurate typist with strong written and verbal communication skills.Knowledge of basic Adobe file types is preferred.A proactive doer whos calm under pressure and loves keeping things moving.Keen to learn and grow within a creative environment.Comfortable with technology and interested in how AI and digital tools can improve workflow.Confident with basic PowerPoint or presentation edits.
