Sirva Burrup, Western Australia, Australia Operations Manager (Karratha, WA) Join to apply for the Operations Manager role at Sirva About The Role We are currently seeking a highly motivated Branch Manager to oversee our Karratha location. The successful candidates leadership will manage all household removals, storage, and associated operational activities. They will ensure costeffective operations, compliance with all safety and quality standards, and provide exceptional customer experiences. Depending on the location, accommodation assistance is negotiable. Key Responsibilities Lead, develop, and support the Karratha operations team to meet individual and branch performance goals. Ensure compliance with all OH&S legislation and company safety policies. Oversee the daily allocation of operational resources to meet service and costefficiency targets. Generate reports and actively participate in management meetings. Utilise company resources to meet budget objectives and optimise service delivery. Continuously seek and implement improvements to enhance customer satisfaction. Responsible for managing and responding to sales enquiries in a timely and professional manner. Must be highly motivated with organisational skills and the ability to work independently and take initiative. Coordinate and liaise effectively with capital city branches and other regional offices. Background in household goods relocation (highly desirable). Experience in sales (highly desirable). Solid understanding of OH&S and compliance frameworks. Experience in transport or logistics (highly desired).
