Locally owned & run, with a track record of delivering quality results for our clients for over 25 years, we pride ourselves on providing local expertise, detailed conveyancing knowledge and personalised service.About the roleReporting directly to the Operations Manager, as our Executive Assistant & Client Liaison Coordinator you will primarily be responsible for providing operational support across the business, with a key focus on assisting the Director and Operations Manager. This entails inbox and diary management, in addition to client liaison, supporting key business activities and general office coordination. This position will also be responsible for frontofhouse duties, to ensure that our clients have an outstanding experience.Your other key responsibilities will include, however arent limited to:Providing administrative assistance to the Director and Operations Manager, proactively managing their email inboxes and diaries.Acting as the primary liaison between the Director and clients, ensuring timely and professional communication.Ensuring client meetings are arranged, providing exceptional client service and ensuring a positive experience.Assisting the Operations Manager in driving internal operational efficiency.Maintaining accurate and detailed records, ensuring a high level of confidentiality and discretion.Workflow distribution of new contracts to ensure capacity limits are adhered to amongst the Conveyancing Clerk team.About youThe successful candidate will demonstrate previous experience within an Executive Assistant or senior administrative support role, with the ability to oversee office operations. You will be proactive and selfmotivated, thrive within a team environment, and enjoy collaborating with others. You have strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities. You will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to develop strong professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
