Were now searching for a fulltime Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our Head Office team in Traralgon. Youll work closely with the Head of Sales & Marketing and collaborate with a small, energetic team of marketing and sales professionals. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven digital allrounder who loves seeing campaigns convert, platforms grow and data turn into real results. What Youll Own This role is all about digital performance, optimisation and growth across our key channels. Youll create, manage and improve our paid campaigns, SEO/SEM activity, analytics and reporting, website performance and social scheduling, ensuring our digital ecosystem is always performing at its best. Running and optimising paid campaigns such as Meta and Google Ads Managing and updating our websites, including WordPress content, landing pages and performance Reporting on results through tools like Google Analytics and Meta Scheduling and captioning content across Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn Improving funnels, landing pages and conversion outcomes How Youll Collaborate You will work inside a marketing and head office team that values collaboration. There will be crossover on many marketing roles including strategy, and if you have the skills and an eye for graphic design, that would certainly be an advantage. About You Youre curious, proactive and hungry to make a difference. You enjoy improving performance and you dont mind experimenting to get better outcomes. Youre organised, confident across digital platforms and ready for variety.
