Following a recent retirement, they''re seeking a HR Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent role in the new year. Job Description This is a hands on HR coordinator role focused on end to end recruitment and WHS inbox management. You''ll be responsible for drafting and posting ads, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and supporting onboarding. The role also includes general HR administration, managing shared inboxes, responding to enquiries, and escalating where needed. You''ll work closely with a small, collaborative HR team and contribute to broader operational support. Coordinate and manage HR-related administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records and documentation. Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates. Support on boarding and off boarding processes to ensure a smooth experience for employees. Provide assistance with payroll preparation and data entry as required. Respond to employee enquiries and provide accurate information on HR policies and procedures. Assist in organising training sessions and maintaining training records. Update and maintain HR systems to ensure data accuracy and compliance. Support the HR team with ad hoc projects and tasks as needed. The Successful Applicant Previous experience in an HR support role. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. An understanding of HR policies and employment legislation in Australia. A positive and proactive approach to problem-solving. A commitment to upholding confidentiality and professionalism.
