About the Role As a Funeral Arranger / Conductor / Director, you will play a vital role in supporting families and ensuring funeral services are conducted with dignity and respect. Responsibilities Arranging and conducting funeral services with professionalism and empathy. Assisting with deceased transfers during business hours. Performing mortuary preparations. Managing administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. Participating in the after-hours phone on-call roster. What Were Looking For Emotional intelligence and compassion, with a strong alignment to our values. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Professional presentation and grooming standards. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Physical capability to perform various aspects of the role. A current, valid drivers license. The ability to remain calm, respectful, and supportive in emotional situations. A commitment to workplace safety protocols and practices.
