The successful candidate will play a key role in providing guidance to clients, staff, and external agencies on matters relating to Building Surveying, Certification, Planning, and Fire Safety. Essential Criteria Tertiary qualifications in Environmental Health and Building, Building Surveying or a related field. Current Registration with NSW Fair Trading at a Registration Level of Building Inspector, with the ability, knowledge, qualification and experience to obtain Registration Level of Building Surveyor within a negotiated timeframe. Class C Drivers Licence. A sound working knowledge of NSW Planning Legislation. Demonstrated experience in assessment and inspection of Class 1 and 10 Buildings under the National Construction Code and assessment of Section 68 matters including sanitary drainage. Ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment. Demonstrated provision of consistent highlevel customer service.
