SEE Group has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Helensvale based People and Culture team. This is a full-time, 12-month fixed term position reporting to the Recruitment Lead. This opportunity will see you play a pivotal role in our talent acquisition strategy. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and selecting toptier talent to help us achieve our business goals. Responsibilities End to end recruitment across a diverse range of roles Providing specialised recruitment advice and guidance to hiring managers Represent SEE Group at careers fairs and other forums Providing support for daytoday operations of People and Culture duties supported by the People and Culture Team Assist with the development and implementation of Talent Acquisition and general People and Culture projects. Essential Skills and Attributes Demonstrated experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally in construction or related industries. Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet strict deadlines. Strong skills in proactive sourcing and talent pooling, and a confident telephone manner. Deep understanding of the importance of confidentiality and professionalism. Strong computer literacy including various applicant tracking systems, MS Office, LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment related systems. Strong customer service focus able to confidently manage internal stakeholders and external candidates.
