As a Registered Nurse with the Community Nursing team, you will deliver a broad range of clinical services from advanced wound care and palliative support to catheter, continence, CVAD, and drain management directly impacting the lives of patients and their families every day. This role goes beyond individual care. You will help promote health across the community through early detection, timely interventions, rehabilitation, and empowering care planning. You will work with clients and families to support independence, comfort, and quality of life, while developing strategies to meet the evolving health needs of the Central Coast community. About You Holds current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse. Holds a current NSW drivers Licence and able to travel around the Central Coast. Demonstrates a strong understanding of primary health care principles and community-based care. Can assess, plan, deliver and evaluate care across various community health scenarios. Holds recent nursing experience in Community Nursing or a demonstrated interest in Community Nursing. Applicants must have current work rights in Australia or be a permanent resident or citizen.
