OSHC Facility Engagement Manager Join to apply for the OSHC Facility Engagement Manager role at YMCA Victoria. This is a fulltime, hybrid role based at Box Hill, Melbourne, Victoria. The position will involve working across multiple OSHC sites and remotely. Base pay range A$100,000.00 per year A$109,000.00 per year. OSHC (Outside School Hour Care) services children and families across Victoria, offering beforeandafter school care, school holiday programmes and facility management. Responsibilities Oversee the operations and strategic development of community spaces within YMCAs Childrens Programs facilities. Ensure facilities are wellmaintained, compliant with local, state and federal regulations, and book 12 community facilities. Support the wider Children and Youth Programs team with engaging community activations to support growth in Early Learning, OSHC, School Holiday and Youth Programs. Establish and strengthen partnerships with schools and external stakeholders at eleven PPP schools across greater Melbourne. Submit endofmonth reporting, including financial reporting and invoicing. Serve as the first point of contact for community partners regarding facility maintenance. Maintain best business practices to manage resources, services and processes, ensuring an efficient and safe working environment for community groups, employees and their activities. About You High level of verbal and written communication skills. Strong problemsolving abilities and the capacity to make autonomous decisions. Proven ability to establish and maintain positive professional networks that facilitate effective communication and operations within the local environment. Experience or a background in facilities management, OSHC sector or a related industry is preferred. Qualifications Tertiary qualifications in Facilities Management or related fields such as Project Management, Business Management or Marketing and Communications.
