Description Manage the full lifecycle of civil subdivision projects (bulk earthworks, roads, drainage, sewer, water reticulation, etc.) Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers Liaise with developers, councils, engineers, and service authorities Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality assurance Lead project meetings and ensure strong communication across all stakeholders Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards Identify and manage project risks and issues Profile Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field Proven experience as a Project Manager in civil construction, specifically subdivisions Solid understanding of local council and authority requirements Strong technical knowledge of civil works (earthworks, roads, services) Excellent leadership and team management skills Strong problem-solving and communication abilities Proficient with project management tools and software Current driver''s licence and construction white card Job Offer Brunel is a recruitment and flexible workforce solution provider which connects talented people with opportunities throughout Australasia and around the world.
