As an EL1 Project Controller, you will contribute to a multidisciplinary team, delivering Australian Defence Force systems at the leading edge of Defence capability. Under broad direction, you will manage staff undertaking complex project planning, scheduling, and reporting and control activities. With comprehensive knowledge of project controls, you will oversee the development, implementation and compliance of policies in this discipline. Responsibilities include developing project control policies and procedures aligned with Capability Acquisitions and Sustainment Group requirements, advising practitioners across the Division, coaching and mentoring staff in scheduling, cost and risk management.
