As an EL1 Project Controller, you will contribute to a multidisciplinary team, delivering Australian Defence Force systems at the leading edge of Defence capability. Under broad direction, you will manage staff undertaking complex project planning, scheduling, and reporting and control activities. With comprehensive knowledge of project controls, you will oversee the development, implementation and compliance of policies in this discipline. Responsibilities include developing project control policies and procedures aligned with Capability Acquisitions and Sustainment Group requirements, advising practitioners across the Division, coaching and mentoring staff in scheduling, cost and risk management. You will lead a team to achieve business outcomes, drive continuous improvement and communicate expected results. The role involves conducting assurance activities, advising senior officers and engaging stakeholders to develop effective practices and methodologies. About our Team Land Systems Divisions (LSD) mission is to acquire and support capability that enables the ADF to generate and sustain deployable Land power for an integrated force, in peace and war. You will have excellent communication and collaboration skills to shape stakeholder expectations and respond to emerging requirements.
