What youll bring A great ability to build trust and connect with a variety of people, from participants to employers. An enthusiasm to advocate for inclusive hiring and creating opportunities for people. Clear communicator who can explain ideas simply and work collaboratively with teams. (Youll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate but dont worry, well help guide you through this.) Additional qualifications Experience in a customer service or employment support setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and similar systems.
