We are seeking Faculty Leaders to provide curriculum and pedagogical leadership within their assigned faculty area, working in collaboration with the Chief Learning Officer and Heads of Secondary. This role commences in 2026 and is responsible for leading the planning, documentation, and implementation of high-quality, data-driven curriculum and assessment practices across year levels in their subject group. The Faculty Leader ensures alignment with ICBs academic standards, the Colleges Islamic ethos, and state and national curriculum requirements. This is a position of added responsibility, undertaken alongside classroom teaching duties.
