This is a ongoing full time opportunity based at our Box Hill Campus. This position reports directly to the Print Manager and sits in the Operational Services Business Unit within the Chief Operational Officer (COO) Executive Portfolio. The Print Officer plays an essential role in driving customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and financial performance. The role requires advanced technical skills, effective stakeholder engagement, and a focus on continuous improvement. In this role, you will: Coordinate and schedule all print-related work across Box Hill Institute to ensure timely and accurate service delivery. Administer and maintain the Print Unit''s Management Information System and associated quality systems. Provide specialist advice and guidance to staff across all levels of the organisation on print-related services and procurement options. Estimate, plan, and schedule printing, photocopying, and stationery orders in line with service standards. Provide specialist information to the Print Manager on opportunities to enhance the efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness of Print Unit operations. Develop, implement and review Procedures and Workflows to ensure efficient and consistent performance across the Print Unit. Coordinate print procurement activities and related functions across BHI, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality service delivery. Develop and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and vendors to support service delivery and long-term partnerships. Advanced print estimating and job planning skills Ability to maintain good working relationships and resolves contract difficulties as required. Experience in working collaboratively as part of a team to achieve team goals, including excellent organisational skills, flexibility during peak periods, and ability to adapt to changing priorities is essential. High level of interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated experience in preparing high-quality, accurate correspondence and reports to stakeholders. Have, or be willing to obtain, Victorian Working with Children Check and National Police Check clearance.
