About the Role As the Youth Programs Onsite Coordinator, youll be the heart of our daily operations designing engaging activity plans, directly supporting children, and mentoring your team to deliver safe, meaningful, and inclusive programs. This is a permanent parttime role, working split shifts from 6:30 AM9 AM and 2:30 PM6 PM, Monday to Friday ideal for someone who enjoys variety and values worklife balance. What Youll Do Develop and implement creative, engaging daily activity plans Lead and support a passionate team of youth support workers Liaise with families and the Program Leader to ensure highquality care and clear communication Provide handson support to children with emotional, behavioural, or physical needs Maintain a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment Oversee administrative tasks including scheduling, reporting, and compliance Foster a culture of collaboration, positivity, and childfocused care What Were Looking For Experience working with children, ideally those with complex needs or behaviours Background in administration or program coordination Previous experience in a school or disability support setting is highly regarded Strong communication and organisational skills Confidence in planning and delivering daily programs and activities A compassionate, patient, and proactive approach Ability to lead and support a diverse team Essential Requirements Valid Drivers licence QLD Working with Children Check (Blue Card) NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (Yellow Card) First Aid and CPR Certificate NDIS Orientation Module Certificate: Quality, Safety & You Why Join Us?
