You will be at the frontline of aviation safety, with opportunities across:Foot & Vehicle PatrolsGatehouse Access ControlControl Room OperationsFlexible rosters are available (day, night, weekends) across a 24/7 schedule, with both permanent and casual positions to suit your lifestyle.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct patrols of terminal, perimeter, and airside/landside areasControl and monitor access points in line with airport security protocols and regulationsOperate surveillance, alarm, and communication systems from the control roomPerform ID and vehicle checks at gates and critical pointsRespond to security incidents and escalate according to SOPsMaintain accurate logs, incident reports, and compliance documentationCollaborate with airport stakeholders, law enforcement, and emergency servicesSkills & ExperienceMinimum 12 years of experience in aviation security or airport operationsStrong understanding of airport security protocols and regulatory complianceHigh level of professionalism, observation skills, and attention to detailExcellent communication skills and ability to manage customer interactions calmlyAbility to follow procedures under pressure in dynamic environmentsReliable, punctual, and team-orientedQualificationsNSW Security Licence (1A minimum)ASIC (preferred) or eligibility to obtainCert II in Transport Security Protection (highly regarded)Current First Aid & CPRWhite Card; Fire Warden and Traffic Control (or willing to obtain)Unrestricted NSW Drivers Licence (for vehicle patrols)Control Room/CCTV certification (preferred for control room roles)Ability to pass police, drug, and alcohol checksACESGroup is an Equal Opportunity Employer, where diversity is valued.
