Senior Clinical Trial Coordinator Renal Medicine Join the dynamic Renal Trials team at Royal North Shore Hospital as a Senior Clinical Trial Coordinator, leading cuttingedge research that transforms kidney care. Employment Type: Full Time Temporary until 1 October 2026 (possibility of ongoing employment) Position Classification: Health Manager Level 2 Remuneration: $2105.40 $2484.24 per hour Hours Per Week: 38 Requisition ID: REQ614836 Where Youll Be Working Renal Department Royal North Shore Hospital, St Leonards. Responsibilities Manage a caseload of patients participating in Renal Clinical Trials, overseeing complex studies within the unit. Provide leadership and guidance in all aspects of clinical trial activity, ensuring highquality data collection and adherence to protocol, policy, legislation, and Good Clinical Practice. Mentor and support junior staff, fostering a collaborative and knowledgesharing environment. Coordinate sitespecific activities, including patient recruitment, consent, data entry, monitoring visits, and reporting. Maintain accurate and uptodate trial documentation and regulatory submissions. Qualifications & Skills Ability to manage complex, multimodality trials and prioritise workload to meet conflicting deadlines. Excellent communication, organisational and meticulous attention to detail. Interpersonal, negotiation and consultative skills; ability to work with sensitive issues in multidisciplinary teams. Experience in renal or clinical trial settings is an advantage. People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background encouraged to apply.
