This fulltime, permanent role is a key leadership position, responsible for the effective management of finance, administration, and operations. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the schools longterm sustainability and alignment with its mission to provide Christcentred education in a caring, communityfocused environment. About the Role Lead and manage finance, administration, facilities, and support staff. Provide strategic input into the schools planning and development. Ensure sound financial management, reporting, and compliance. Contribute to a culture that reflects the schools Christian values in all operations. About You Be a committed Christian actively involved in a Protestant church. Hold relevant tertiary qualifications in accounting, finance, or business (or equivalent experience). Demonstrate experience managing confidential information and leading operational teams. Hold, or be eligible to hold, a current NSW Working With Children Check.
